The business is run by us as private individuals and is not yet registered as a company, and therefore has no organization number.

All customer contact is currently handled via email. We do not have a phone number to offer, and we prefer to state that directly rather than have you search for one that doesn't exist.

What you might need before contacting us

  • Right of withdrawal: your order number is sufficient. You do not need to provide a reason. See Right of withdrawal and returns.
